Day (1)- Arrival Amman
Upon arrival, you will be met by our Representative who will assist
you through customs and will escort you to the hotel for dinner and overnight. |
Day (2) - Jerash - Dead Sea
Drive north to visit Jerash, which was known as the Pompei of the East,
and also known as the city of the 1,000 pillars. You will also visit the Triple Arched Gate, the Huge Hippodrome,
the Theatre, and the only Roman Forum surrounded by 63 Ionic Columns. Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth surface,
1306 feet below sea level. The Dead Sea is 46 miles long and 310 miles wide with no outlet; by day it silvery
blue, and by night it glistens in the moonlight. |
Day (3) - Amman - Mt. Nebo - Madaba - Kerak - Petra
After breakfast, you will be driven southward along the King's Highway
one of the oldest trade routes in the world which runs 200 miles along Jordan's hilly backbone. You will stop at the
Byzantine Church of Mt. Nebo, and then proceed to Madaba, where you will see a unique map of Palestine, you will
visit the great crusader castle of Kerak,and continue to Petra for overnight. |
Day (4) - Petra - Amman
After breakfast, you'll experience a full day visit to explore the most
fascinating site in the Middle East, Petra the Rose Red City, capital of the Nabateans. You'll visit the Treasury, Theatre,
and Tombs, Hall of Justice and Palaces.
In the late afternoon, you'll leave Petra for Amman. |
Day (5) - Departure
You will be driven to the Allenby Bridge or Amman Airport for your departure. |
